Yvette (she/her) has been training and teaching all types of fitness for 8+ years. Fitness is her passion and she enjoys being able to share it with others! She loves trying new training styles and formats, and giving clients plenty of variety so they never have a boring workout. She personalizes the style to the clients goals and interests, teaching at all intensity levels. She believes fitness should be accessible and available for all, and absolutely loves helping people progress to new levels and reach whatever goals they have. She is also experienced in jiu jitsu and ground based self defense and offers one on one grappling instruction for beginners or those interested learning about the sport!
